Oliver Abeleda is the founder and president of Petroleum Marine Construction, LLC. He has over 20 years’ experience in the successful development of several business ventures in the construction, engineering and real estate industries. Over these years, he has worked with a wide variety of notable national & regional corporations affiliated with scores of multi-million dollar projects in the public and private sectors, including individual & institutional investors, large universities, high-rise development to hospitals throughout Florida and the Southeast US.
More recently, Mr. Abeleda was the COO of a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and re-positioning of multi-family residential communities throughout Florida and southeast United States. More specifically, his responsibilities included the oversight of all construction projects, property management, as well as the implementation of the firm’s investment strategies.
Overall, Mr. Abeleda’s experiences have literally been drawn from Wall Street to Main Street, where he gained over a decade of cross-disciplinary business management and financial analytical skills. Concurrently, he had developed a strong background in construction & project management while being a Florida certified construction contractor in multiple disciplines.
Mr. Abeleda received a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University. Additionally, he is a Florida licensed Building Contractor (CBC1253193), a Pollution Storage Systems Contractor (PCC 056770) and a Florida licensed real estate sales associate.
