IGY Maximo Marina St Petersburg Florida

Maximo Marina St. Petersburg, Florida is the newest addition to the IGY network. Boasting being the largest marina on Florida’s West coast with 220 slips in a protected harbor providing calm waters and safe berthing.  Maximo Marina is located in the Skyway Marina District, is the largest covered wet slip marina in the State.  As part of the $ 25 million renovation, Petroleum Marine Construction, LLC was awarded the pre-qualified bid for the marina fuel rehabilitation project. The Project will include the demolition of the over the water existing fuel system. All fuel will be purged from the existing fuel piping and properly disposed. On the Historic Banks of the Cooper River , tucked between Shem Creek and the USS Yorktown, lies a spirited oasis known as Charleston Harbor Marina. With 459 slips ranging in size from 33ft to 66ft, as well as boat lifts to 25 elevated, Charleston Harbor Marina stands as the largest in water marina in South Carolina. The marina is home port to the finest yachtsmen in the Carolina's, and with 1,700 lineal feet of dock, and is able to accommodate a large range of vessels to 120ft. As part of the Big Fund Infrastructure Boating Grant the client is upgrading the Fuel Dock dispensing system. The Harborage at Ashley Marina , Charleston SC

The Harborage at Ashley Marina is located within walking distance to nearby historic downtown Charleston. The Ashley Marina accommodates vessels up to 150 ft in length with approximately 235 convenient slips.  The project will include the demolition of the over the water existing diesel fuel system.  All fuel will be purged from the existing fuel piping and properly disposed. Existing meters will be removed and replaced with new state-of-the-art LC Marina fuel meters.  Future installation of  UL-971 2” double wall Brugg fuel piping will take place onshore and over the water. The new fuel distribution double wall piping will include the removal and replacement of the onshore valve sump, fixed dock valve sump, and the installation of new fiberglass watertight access sumps throughout the existing fuel system.
